We had a great turnout from both clubs. Each doubles team
played one match with their partner from their home club and a second set with
a partner from the other club. It was another great outing with our
friends from Summerset. We had some great tennis and some almost great
tennis but the important thing was we all had fun.
A thanks to all the club members who pitched in to
make this a fun event. A special thanks to Claude, Sandy and Moritz for
all the planning they did to host a great luncheon after the tennis was
over.
This closes out our tournament season for this year. Al
Morrison will be coordinating the tournaments next year and I will be pestering
you all to play team tennis on Saturdays.
